The 126 rooms at the Condes feature subtle Scandinavian décor, big windows and you might get lucky and be allocated a room with a balcony. There's also a wonderful restaurant, a sultry rooftop lounge, and a tranquil terrace. We certainly wouldn't describe Hotel Condes as budget accommodation, but It's certainly one of the most cost-effective solutions in the trendy Eixample district. For us, this was a great example of a balance between cost effective stay and trend setting location.
Seventy Barcelona
Seventy Barcelona bills itself as more than a hotel but a home in the heart of one of the world's most beloved cities. The hotel’s vibe is created as a tribute to Mediterranean friendliness, nestled between the exquisite Passeig de Gràcia and the ageless charm of Gràcia's neighbourhood. It's a one-of-a-kind experience that combines a guest house's quality and hospitality with a luxury hotel's services and amenities. Hotel Miramar Barcelona
The Hotel Miramar really is a sight to behold. Visiting this hotel is like a trip into the past ( in a good way!). A 1920s Art Deco style building on a hilltop fit for the Great Gatsby. Many attractions are located very close by, including a stunning castle, the Miró museum, and botanical gardens. The hotel stands in the middle of it all, looking out over the city giving us breathtaking views as the sun sets over the city. A more unusual hotel for sure, but one worth looking into if your itinerary is drawing you into this part of the city.
